As a licensed broker and former co-owner of a successful real estate firm, Kelly has launched her own company, drawing on years of experience navigating the complexities of buying and selling homes.

A leader in her field, Kelly served as President of the Columbia County Board of Realtors and played an important role in the merger of the Ulster Board of Realtors / Hudson Valley Catskill Region MLS with Columbia Greene Board of Realtors/Columbia Greene Northern Dutchess MLS. She also served on the New York State Association of REALTORS, shaping policy and advocating for the professional development of agents across the state. Kelly was honored by her peers in 2023 when chosen as “Realtor of The Year” for her commitment and hard work.
